Angels are pure creations of Allah, they have great love for believers, especially prophets, martyrs and peacemakers. The angels continued to descend upon all the prophets and their companions by the permission of God. The angels had a special relationship and love with the Companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, that they were proud to come to the earth to greet them, meet and shake hands with them, and assist them in doing good and fighting. This love of the angels towards the people of faith and the Companions of the Prophet was originally a proof of the love of Allah Ta`ala and a divine command.
